Private by design
Your clients’ details are never stored.
Plans are written in your browser. When you download one, it passes through us and through Cloudflare, who turn it into a PDF and hand it straight back — it is never written to a database and never logged. There is no record of your clients on our side to lose or to breach, because we never keep one.

Questions
Do I have to choose a band?
No. Your band is set by the plans you actually write each month. A quiet month costs less, a busy one is capped at £69, and nothing ever stops you writing a plan.
What counts as a plan?
A plan counts when you download it as a PDF. Drafts you never download don’t count.
What if I pay yearly and have a busy month?
You pay for 12 months of the band you expect to be in. If one month runs over that band, you just pay the difference for that month.
What does setup include?
We load your logo, colours, treatment menu, prices and wording with you, so your first plan is ready to send. It’s £149 once if you pay monthly, and free if you pay yearly.
Is there a contract?
Not on monthly. Cancel whenever you like. Yearly is paid for 12 months up front.
Do you keep my clients’ details?
No. Plans are written in your browser and saved as a PDF on your own device. Your clients’ names and details never reach us.
